viewPadding not properly set by toolkit

When using

• the newer recommended way of accessing viewPaddings
• in our case with multiSreenGolden devices that support a virtual OS bottom bar.

this toolkit always returns 0 as bottom, even though it's set in the safeArea device configuration (See iPhone11).
