I have recently run into an issue with the latest available arcconf tool (Source: arcconf-2.02 (1:2.02.22404-1), package version 1:2.02.22404-1+Debian.stretch.9.9 on Debian Stretch). This tool does not support the Smart Storage PQI 12G SAS/PCIe 3 controller (PCI VEN:DEV ID 9005:028f (rev 01)). It does not even find the controller.
I have spent some time to find another (hard to find) link to a later (latest?) arcconf which does support this controller:
I have quickly scanned this repository but couldn't find an easy way how to integrate this version into the packaging dirs.
I am therefore filling in this issue to kindly ask you if this new version could be packed and included in the Debian packages provided by your excellent HWraid site.
Thank you very much.
With kind regards,
Radek Zajic
