Mark Baro Ki'Teer available relics

I could be useful to indicate that Baro Ki'Teer relics are somewhat available. They are not as accessible as other relics, but can still be acquired unlike vaulted.

Not sure how the data is acquired, but place I found it was here on the wiki.

Baro Ki'Teer relics are an interesting case, they show up as vaulted=TRUE even though they are iregularly available.
In my own spreadsheet I categorise unvaulted into regular, baro and empyrean. And filtered to hide all vaulted relics because I'm quite a new player.
