Describe the bug

When a package is installed from the Available Tab and the installation fails because a dependency of the package could not be found in the public package repository the user is still presented with a success message.

Expected behavior

Whenever the installation of a package fails a clear and concise error message is presented to the user.
In this specific case: "Installation of X failed because the dependency Y was not found."

To Reproduce

Try to install tei-publisher 7.0.0 or 7.1.0 without having the dependency on oas-router met in advance.

Context (please always complete the following information):

  • exist-db: reproduced on 6.0.1 and 6.1.0-SNAPSHOT
  • App Version: 2.0.9

Additional context

  • How is eXist-db installed? N/A
  • Any custom changes in e.g. conf.xml? none
