Version 14.x ... will use jakarta.persistence
Version 14.x-javax ... will use javax.persistence

This is a swap of the current versioning scheme being used where 13.x is javax and 13.x-jakarta is jakarta

There is actually no code change for this, the master branch is already based on jakarta.
