The Study model in ingest-core of the Provider API needs to include an accessions attribute to align with the metadata schema and enable validation. This ticket is related to the issue described in Biovalidator Timeout Issue, where the biovalidator service throws a 504 Gateway Timeout error during asynchronous validation of the accessions field. Isuru is investigating on this.

  • Add accessions attribute in Study model and push changes to branch
  • Deploy branch to dev
  • Deploy branch to prod
