Hi there! Protvista is great! We're in the middle of implementing it in BlueGenes and when we mentioned we were adding it, one of our community users asked whether orthology might be added to the viewer?

What I want to be able to do with ProtVista is align an orthologous protein from my organism and markup where the known variants are in the protein.

If this is ever on your roadmap that would be awesome!
