Well, the current situation to have similar implementation files is not good. Should we contribute to fix x/mobile/exp/audio?

Now golang/go#15075 is fixed, we still need player_openal.go for FreeBSD though

Merged player_ios.js into player_openal.js. Oto no longer depends on x/mobile/exp/audio.
