What problem does the feature request solve?
Adds CSII support to R2Modman

Example mock-up (optional)
Currently available in the thunderstore app

Additional information (optional)
The less Overwolf I have to have on my PC the better...

This was merged in #1101 Just waiting for a release now.

It looks like the _internalFolderName for cities skylines 2 is Cities2_Data not CitiesSkylines2_Data
