Scope of this test is to replicate and document the experiment described at https://github.com/rsignell-usgs/cmre-ioos/wiki, testing THREDDS to store and share ocean observations.

Main steps:

1. Install and configure THREDDS

   See the documentation available at the official THREDDS TDS web page, the Installation Checklist and other hints available here

2. Store data in THREDDS

   Follow instructions to store ocean observations

3. See data from THREDDS catalogue

4. Write ncML transformations

5. Create and publish ISO metadata

6. Get metadata from catalogue
