Junk TARDIS for emergency travel

Describe the feature request

If a TARDIS becomes disabled the players could turn their TARDIS into the Junk TARDIS to fly to a location so they can get repairs or at least their base without using any of the circuits ( missing main ones ).

When a circuit is missing there could be an added prompt that tells players they can enable the Junk TARDIS from the player preferences to keep flying.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Just make the Junk TARDIS not use circuits
