Describe the feature request

Console/Time Rotor Menu
When in the Desktop menu, there should be an additional button on the bottom row labeled "Console" that allow you to view the various available time rotors and consoles in a GUI, being able to change it with a cost of Artron energy, instead of clicking the screen with concrete power, or crafting a separate time rotor. The initial 16 consoles are shown below, custom consoles would appear before the 16 coloured ones.

The GUI could look something like this, maybe some info points on the top row, the player could select the time rotor and console by clicking on them, then click the apply button, which would spend the artron energy and rebuild the console, changing with a puff of smoke particles, changing both the console and the rotor's appearance.

Obtaining and crafting
Change the crafting recipes for the current consoles and time rotors into "Schematics" that can be unlocked by crafting, then "loading" the schematic into the control screen, unlocking the console/time rotor.

Changes to Rotor placement
3 Block tall rotors such as the Tennant ones (or custom ones such as this one below) are better off when the item Fram is 1 block above the console, clipping through the below block, as it allows for a greater field of movement without the item frame unrendering while the rotor is within FOV, unsure if this would be applicable for just the 3 block tall rotors, or if it would be easier to change the placement of all rotor models so that was the norm.
