Removal of tools with structured output

I opened this PR thinking removal of tools from structured outputs was an oversight as it was working (with OpenAI at least) in 0.23

But have now seen this docs change, so looks like an intentional change 😄

Is there a reason tools can't be used with structured outputs ?

Up on this one. This is currently the reason why I can't update to the latest versio. Tool is an essential part of creating an AI agent, and it works with OpenAI.
