Direct workspace URL doesn't open IDE

Prerequisites

• local Che multiuser (deployed by "ocp.sh")

Reproduction Steps

• Login ( admin / admin )
• Go to dashboard, create and run java workspace (from "Java" stack)
• Make direct workspace URL by next template: <root_url>/<namespace/<workspace_name>
  (http://che-eclipse-che.172.19.20.205.nip.io/admin/wksp-b3zb)
• Try open workspace by created URL
• Pay attention that workspace is stack in the loop of requests

Expected result:
Workspace is opened in IDE

Observer result:
Workspace is stack in the loop of requests
