Debug session can't be launched in the Theia editor

Description

Debug session can't be launched in the Theia editor and no errors or notifications shown. This functionality was available last week.

Reproduction Steps

1. Launch workspace with the Theia editor and Java language server plugin
2. Build and run an application in debug mode
3. Open "Debug" view and click on "Run Debug" (green triangle) button

Expected behavior:
Debug session successfully launched or if something went wrong the error message is shown

Observed behavior:
Just the compilation stage is performed, debug session is not launched and no error messages are shown
