Test existed samples on single-host/default-host mode

In single-host/default-host mode there is a quite significant change in the way how
the url to the existed workspace and user application is formed. Ideally, user application should be prepared (absolute url are not used.)

Setup Eclipse Che with single-host/default-host mode and test existed stacks/samples.
