Is your task related to a problem? Please describe

Currently, when DevWorkspace engine is enabled it is not possible to start a factory link for repositories that have devfile v1.
User should still have a possibility to start a workspace with a factory link for repositories with devfile v1 when DevWorkspace engine is enabled.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Eclipse Che is running with the DevWorkspace engine enabled
  2. User wants to start a workspace from a repository that contains devfile v1 e.g. https://github.com/eclipse-che/che-server
  3. User navigates to the factory url e.g. https://che-domain#https://github.com/eclipse-che/che-server
  4. Dashboard shows the warning message during startup:

  1. v1 -> v2 conversion happens automatically on the fly, and workspace is started successfully
