Right-side panel is opened if there is a default guide in specific folder of the project.
It contains rendered guide (out of the scope of this issue), edit/refresh buttons. Edit button opens a file corresponding to the guide. I am thinking also about a check box to indicate that guide is studied and it isn't needed anymore to open it by default in the workspace.

@slemeur Would you be so kind to provide a mock up.

Team decided that this is not a big deal to add right side panel and shouldn't be an issue for that. Basically will be done as part of another issue.
