Display unresolved secrets in plan operation

Originally, secret values have been resolved before performing the plan operation, rendering it necessary to hide these values during output of the changes that are going to be performed.

Now, the secrets are not resolved before changes are actually being performed, thus it the unresolved secrets should be displayed to avoid confusion.
