Currently this is only possible via the Web UI and you have to navigate to the installed GitHub Apps of an organization.
If a GitHub Aoo has requested additional permissions, there is a orange indicator next to the app.

This needs to be monitored manually, so an automation to aid in this task would be highly preferred.
