SimRel projects are all migrating to lucene 10 #5

The Platform will use lucene 10 for the next release:

eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.releng.aggregator#2654

I had a look if lucene 10 is compatible with the current code base, but there is a problem in this one file:

Ideally we would not need older versions of lucene for the 2025-03 release...
