Non Azure asset creation.

I'm interested in creating assets that are not hosted in azure, I would like to extend the UI to generalize it so that it can cater to multiple asset storage types.
If we were to have a generalized asset creation then we would need to change the asset creation flow.

create asset button -> select asset storage type -> asset creation modal (modal fields might change according to the storage type
Asset storage types would include:

1. Azure Blob
2. Local Store
3. Asset hosted in API like in Basyx.

Can you provide some inputs on how we can get started on these changes or if you already have a plan for it ?
