Feature Request

Add the status checker for the GCS transfer.

Which Areas Would Be Affected?

GCS provisioner and data plane sink.

Why Is the Feature Desired?

Without the feature, transfer processes for GCS are not moved to complete state and are not removed from the process list.

Solution Proposal

The solution is to override the complete method in the sink, and register the status checker for the GCS transfer.

There will be no need for status checker: eclipse-edc/Connector#3448, closing the issue
