Align the woodstock example with the GlassFish admingui #1395

Woodstock is only used by the GlassFish admin console.
The only reason to maintain woodstock nowadays is to fix bugs in the GlassFish admin console, or evolve it.

The woodstock example runs in a JSF 1.x style with .jspx pages, where-as the GF admin console runs in a JSF 2.x style with .xhtml pages and uses jsftemplating.

We should align the woodstock example to work in exactly the same way as the GlassFish.
