Applied Oracle-specific copyright rules

For the sake of getting this PR merged, adopting Oracle-specific copyright rules, even if this is a clear violation of the Eclipse Foundation's current rules.

I plea to the project leads to give up any Oracle-specific rules and ASAP adopt the rules laid out in the Eclipse Foundation's Developer Handbook.
