GLSP 2.1 - GLSPActionDispatcher: Missing handler for action { kind: 'move-finished-event' }

I try to migrate my existing project form GLSP 1.1 to 2.1.0-next.303 (nightly build). I am using Theia 1.43.1

When I move the mouse in the panel without any elements I have massive log messages like this in the console:

First I thought it was some of my own implementations, but now I removed hundreds of lines of my code and it is still the same. Did anyone know the reason for this error message?

@rsoika I'll have a look at this today. I believe I might have introduced that with the helper lines module but not providing a default implementation if that module is not available.
