Please provide some context information about what you want to achieve, what you did so far and what the expected outcome was. Then describe the problem you ran into, i.e. how the observed outcome differs from the expected outcome. Without this information we will not be able to help.

And BTW, this is an open source project where people participate on a best effort basis. It would therefore be nice, if you could change your tone to be a little more respectful.
