I think we should keep the OCL free of imperative elements. If someone wants to build some standardized framework around OCL that can, e.g., define existence predicates for element creation such as some OCL-based model transformation frameworks do, or wants to define property initialization expressions based on OCL, that may be a good thing.

OCLinEcore cannot be used to implement an 'addChild' method. Perhaps Imperative OCL is needed.
