Feature Request: Open tabs not synced between users

Hey @trymeouteh, do I understand you correctly that you do not want to sync open tabs between users?

I believe right now only the host tabs are actually synced. I.e. if a guest opens a file and starts editing, it will open the file on the host IDE client. This is due to a technical limitation on VS Code's level: If we wouldn't do this, then the host would (accidentally) revert the changes of all other users upon opening a file. We're not the only one's impeded by that limitation, Microsofts own Live Share also has to do this in order for the extension to work correctly.

I think #38 is related to this.

@spoenemann I'm not sure #38 is really related. #38 is a bug (which I think has been resolved with #39?), while this issue is actually intended behavior.

Yes open tabs between users. If possible this would be a nice feature to have.
