Huawei has a lot of existing vscode extensions which they want to integrate into the IDE. These artifacts need to be downloaded on build and packaged with the application.

Blocked right now, due to lack of access to the Huawei repository.

blocked again because were waiting for everything getting uploaded to a repository for downloading plugins and backend
