subscriptions are not implemented for all types in libtraci

The pure python traci has the mechanism of registering a retrieval function for a certain variable which is then used to parse the subscription results. We need something similar for libtraci or a big switch statement which hardcodes the mapping from variable id to parsing code. Currently on the basic types are retrieved correctly with some "workarounds" for simple compound values.
