Description

According to #5187 (comment) it is needed to have a progress indicator in the QuickInput/InputBox's view like in vscode:
ezgif-1-fae847d0321c

Could be tested against vscode quick-input extension sample

The progress API was implemented. It should be possible to improve the quick pick too now. Maybe @AlexTugarev can give a hint how to use the progress API.
