Description

The Eclipse Contributor Agreement (ECA) check is not working correctly during pull-requests.
I've noticed it missing recently:

@eclipsewebmaster has the integration been removed/misconfigured? I've only noticed it failing to work recently.

It looks to be back, closing the issue for now:
