Bug Description:

I've noticed for the past week or so (perhaps last week as well), that the build on Linux fails constantly for new pull-requests, and when merged to master. I often have to restart the build due to the intermittent failures, and it'd be good to investigate the issue and provide a more stable suite.

The errors look related to a timeout on tests present in the api test suites, namely for TypeScript:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. observe the open pull-requests, or cron jobs (there is mostly an error during the Linux build for API tests)
