Description

After running detected task this one moves to 'recently used tasks' section.
After that it's impossible to run this task again.
The problem started to reproduce after merge eclipse-theia/theia#4847

Reproduction Steps

  1. Run some detected task
  2. Try to run this one again from 'recently used tasks' section

I investigated the issue and described the cause of the problem eclipse-theia/theia#4928

'Clear History' command can be used as workaround until eclipse-theia/theia#4928 will be fixed
Update: the workaround does not work for all cases, it's because the way how we run a task is broken - I don't have more details - we need to investigate it

Should be fixed by eclipse-che/che-theia#355
So I'm closing the issue
