Describe the bug

DevWorkspace IDE is not opened after devworkspace is started

Che version

  • latest
  • nightly

Steps to reproduce

  1. Accept factory with from devfile https://raw.githubusercontent.com/l0rd/spring-petclinic/devfile2/devfile.yaml
  2. Check that IDE is not opened after workspace is RUNNING

Expected behavior

IDE is opened just after DevWorkspace became RUNNING.

Runtime

  • kubernetes (include output of kubectl version)
  • Openshift (include output of oc version)
  • minikube (include output of minikube version and kubectl version)
  • minishift (include output of minishift version and oc version)
  • docker-desktop + K8S (include output of docker version and kubectl version)
  • other: (please specify)
