Describe the bug

New testing pipeline doesn't consume che-theia changes in PR https://main-jenkins-csb-crwqe.apps.ocp4.prod.psi.redhat.com/job/Che/job/e2e/job/minikube/job/pr-check/job/che-theia-pr-check/

Steps to reproduce

Trigger Happy path tests in che-theia PR check.

Expected behavior

che-theia image has been built from PR, and Happy path test workspace is running on top of che-theia image build from PR

Runtime

  • kubernetes (include output of kubectl version)
  • Openshift (include output of oc version)
  • minikube (include output of minikube version and kubectl version)
  • minishift (include output of minishift version and oc version)
  • docker-desktop + K8S (include output of docker version and kubectl version)
  • other: (please specify)
