Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

CRW Jenkins is triggered on new changes in PR leaving running Happy path tests triggered on previous outdated changes, which doesn't make sense.

Describe the solution you'd like

It's possible to setup GitHub Pull request jenkins plugin to CRW Jenkins to cancel Happy path PR check build on update in PR at job level: GitHub Pull Request Builder -> Trigger Setup -> Add -> Cancel build on update:

It prevents "spamming" PR page with irrelevant comments, and saves resource on CRW Jenkins side.

Describe alternatives you've considered
