Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe

A PR has been merged opening PROJECTS_ROOT env variable
che-incubator/che-code#2

but this folder is not correct. For example we need to open the folder where the project has been cloned and not the parent folder.

Describe the solution you'd like

Detect the projects being cloned when starting and then open all these folders as either a 'folder' if there only one workspace or as a multi-root workspace for each project
