As a WebStorm user, I want to run my tests from within the app, so that I don't need to context switch between the terminal.

Acceptance criteria:

  • unit tests can run from within WebStorm

Probable prerequisite: #51

Similar to #205, I think the test runner functionality would be pretty limited, though the IJ platform is a little better about configurability (e.g. run the build step before running tests)
