Предоставить возможность пользователю проверить доступность домена для регистрации.

Предпологаемая имплементация:

  1. В NavBar добавить форму для проверки доменного имени
  2. Проверять валидность URL регуляркой.
  3. Передать валидный URL в библиотеку https://pypi.org/project/whois/
  4. Отобразить результат на странице.
