Update to be Data Center Approved

With the discontinuation of BitBucker Server, we are running the Data Center version. This app, while working great, is marked as "Not DC Approved". In order to ensure our installation is stable as we grow, please have this plugin DC Approved, which appears to mostly be an administrative task, according to: https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/data-center#data-center-approved-apps.

@zampettim , are you using this plugin in a multi-node Data Center Bitbucket cluster? Have you faced any issues with it in this configuration? Thanks.

Hi, we are also running the Bitbucket Data Center version but are unable to install the plugin as not DC approved
