support ontrack instead of onaddstream #37

According to Mozillia Developer Network and the draft w3c spec onaddstream has been replaced by ontrack, however chrome doesn't yet support ontrack.

I had hoped that rtcninja might implement ontrack in a browser agnostic way and therefore provide a future-proof approach, however it doesn't seem implement it.

Is it possible ontrack and friends might be added?

rtcninja is discontinued.
