• Add a larasset::compress config option, which concat and minify assets, in Larasset, actually it's always enabled.
• Add a larasset::digest config option, actually it's always enabled.
• Laravel generators and way/generators package don't generate assets files yet for controllers.
• Add a larasset::host config option. Useful when CDNs are used for hosting assets.
• Extract larasset-js Node.js module to its own repository.
