Support for External Providers

Currently, we know extra about virtualbox and are in the hands of machine for the list of providers that it supports. Being able to bring in other providers into the loop, incorporating them to the cluster using the generic type would allow using any kind of infrastructure provider as long as they have an API... This is slightly in line with machine itself, but at a different level.
