How to I get the values from the slider

Hi,

I really like your slider, it looks cool and nice. However I am not sure how can I extract the min value and max value of a slider. I am using php and i have the slider in a search form.

How do I use the value? I need the min value and max value. Thanks

I am a novice programmer and not very experience. Please help.
