Decide new three contracts to implement in Nebula

Context

We previously elaborated a list of contracts to implement, in which some of them are already implemented on their POC forms:

• Auction
• Coin Flip
• Lottery Lottery contract implementation #77
• MarketPlace Marketplace Contract Implementation #81
• FundMe Contract
• Raffle Add raffle contract #13
• Math (SafeMath + SafeDecimalMath) - not needed Math contract #55
• Pause Contract - Allow pausing some transactional process
• Payment splitter introduce payment splitter contract #60
• Reverse billing splitting
• Voting facilities, create a smart contract that implements voting for different proposals, query the vote counting on each of them, etc Add simple voting contract #39

Goals

Its time to move forward and continue by implementing another 3 smart contracts from the list.

1. We should determine which 3 contracts would be more valuable from a community point of view. We could check this list of projects and analyse the needs.
2. Log on this issue all the findings.
3. Discuss and select the three contracts based on the findings.
4. Create an issue per contract, so we can start developing in parallel.

Do you guys have an idea what could be cool to build for the community ? @mariopil @geofmureithi

On the top of my head, i find interesting/useful everything related with billing/payroll related contracts, as they are very common operations. Then also the technical part of contracts like the "pause" contract. Maybe i would choose 2 funds related contracts and 1 technical.
