Loading

Load Groth16 parameters (--args)
Save PreCommit output in the DB
Schedule ProveCommit
Generate proof in spawn_blocking
Call prove_commit

Store groth16::GeneratedParameters somewhere (AWS S3, then IPFS?)
Load Ticket/Seed from somewhere (we need an extrinsic call to get the randomness and match it)
