Any prerequisites to run .\compile\install.bat (msvc)?

try to run this command in powershell, got error cl is not recognized,
I have to configure environment PATH with C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Professional\SDK\ScopeCppSDK\vc15\VC\bin\ which contains cl.exe

then tried to run again, I got error

The system cannot find the path specified.

The bat file does not show me which path can not be found.

2. Install:

Windows (msvc):

compile/install.bat

Linux / MacOS / Android / NetBSD / FreeBSD / OpenBSD / Windows (mingw)

Install Ninja

compile/install.sh

So only one command is needed?

find some repository under folder C:\workspace\GitHub\ejoy\ant\3rd git status is deleted, use git reset --hard HEAD to make files back.
the sub modules are fetched by git submodule update --init --depth 1
