Having a CI check that generates a report would be helpful as we're trying to track and wrangle redirects--at least we wouldn't have to track the changes manually.

Ultimately, knowing what the diffs are could enable us to manage redirects in a more automated way, and do smarter things when users switch between versions and the content has moved, or when they click the "latest version link" in the banner.
